Description:

This project comprised a number of Auditoria for a cinema complex. We assisted our client with completion of the Auditorium 1 model together with all the General Arrangement drawings. This particular Auditorium was the most complex of all and invloved curved terracing and access steps for the seating sat upon a structure of columns and raking beams. Curved PFC beams formed the terrace nosings, while cold rolled channels were used where possible to complete the terrace levels. The setting out was particularly complex, with the centre of the curve being offset from the centreline of the structure and the supporting raking beams all being parallel rather than on a radial set out.
